Croydon Council’s Staying Put team is seeking a Grants and Loans Surveyor to assess and deliver grants and loans for repairs and adaptations in private housing. You will inspect properties, prepare specifications and cost estimates, and manage procurement and contracts to ensure safe, quality outcomes for vulnerable residents.

Salary range: Grade 10 £45,123- £47,262 plus fantastic benefits
