The role involves reporting to the Senior Project Manager and managing the delivery of grants in alignment with the Foundation's values and objectives. Responsibilities include accurate reporting, monitoring grants, maintaining records of reports, awards, and applications, and building strong relationships with grant partners. The role also entails preparing financial overviews within the annual budget, developing a network of community partners and government agencies, and increasing the Foundation's visibility.
The successful candidate will develop strategic relationships, plan visits with the Communications Team, and stay informed on government practices and legislation relevant to the Foundation's work.
