Grants Administrator - Mayfair
This Family Foundation, dedicated to improving the lives of women and children, is seeking a qualified individual with significant experience in charity programme management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing grant budgets and monitoring.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Grants Administrator will manage the delivery of grants in alignment with the Foundation's values and objectives. Responsibilities include accurate reporting, monitoring grants, maintaining records of all reports, awards, and applications, building relationships with grant partners, and preparing financial overviews within the annual budget.
The role involves developing a network of community partners, government agencies, and increasing the Foundation's visibility. The Grants Administrator will plan visits to grant partners with the Communications Team and liaise with the Senior Project Manager on strategic initiatives. Staying informed on government policies and stakeholder best practices is also essential.
The Foundation seeks a dedicated, hard-working individual who resonates with its mission. Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a collaborative approach are crucial. Proficiency in Salesforce and Canva is required.
