Qualifications

Experience of partnership working and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong financial management and accountability experience, including commissioning and procurement.
Comfort with new technology and excellent digital skills.
Experience in leading and motivating staff and managing resources.

Responsibilities

Oversee the financial planning, co-ordination and management of a range of grants.
Assist with financial management of the Local Growth Fund in line with UK Government and local requirements.
Ensure funding is maximised and targeted toward priority schemes for Cardiff.
Develop and maintain effective joint working arrangements with managers across services and partners.
Assist in operational planning and implementation of key work programmes supporting the Council’s Corporate plan.
