Job summary

Videre is seeking a proactive fundraiser to support its fundraising activities, including cultivating new donors and managing grants. You will work with the Head of Development to deliver a fundraising strategy that enables Videre’s programming.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in fundraising, grant management or business development.
• Excellent written communication for applications and reports.
• Strong research, data handling, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor reporting processes across the organisation.
• Maintain reporting calendars, submission schedules, and compliance trackers.
• Coordinate collection of narrative, financial, monitoring, evaluation information for donor reports.
• Draft, edit, and quality assure donor reports and grant documentation.
• Maintain records of contracts, grant agreements, amendments and reporting obligations.
• Support audits, donor reviews, and compliance processes with accurate documentation.
• Produce analyses of fundraising activity, donor engagement, and pipeline status for management review.
