Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking flexible nursery practitioners to join the GrandFlex bank team. Earn up to £16 per hour and choose your days without fixed weekly hours, covering a cluster of nearby nurseries as needed.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2/3 Early Years qualifications, be willing to travel locally, and have prior nursery experience. DBS checks are required. Join a supportive team and gain varied experience across settings.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (or above) is required.
• Must be flexible to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.

This role is ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.

You’ll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
