Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is expanding its GrandFlex Bank team across a cluster of nearby nurseries in the UK. As a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children while stepping in to support teams whenever extra help is needed.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working days with no fixed weekly hours and can travel across local nurseries. Earn up to £14.45 per hour, with ongoing support from the Grandir UK team and access to employee

Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.

You’ll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a GrandFlex Bank Practitioner, You’ll

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children’s development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll Have

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
