Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking flexible bank nursery staff to join the GrandFlex team across a cluster of nearby nurseries. Earn up to £14.45 per hour with no fixed weekly hours and the freedom to choose your days.

Ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who want to work when available, providing support to local teams and varied settings while safeguarding and EYFS standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in early years or nursery setting.
• Willingness to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and ability to support different nursery teams.

This role is ideal for qualified nursery practitioners who are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next, GrandFlex gives you the flexibility to choose.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearby Grandir UK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.

Support children's development through play and planned activities.

Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times .

What We're Looking For

You'll have:
