Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking flexible nursery relief staff for GrandFlex. Earn up to £13.21 per hour and choose your days without a fixed weekly rota, working across a cluster of nearby nurseries to support teams as needed.

You’ll support high-quality care, help children thrive through play, and ensure EYFS standards are met while safeguarding and confidentiality are maintained.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in early years, nursery or childcare.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in early years.
• Flexibility to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
