Join Grandir UK as a GrandFlex employee and enjoy flexible working hours with a higher rate of pay! We are looking for nursery practitioners to care for, support, and meet the needs of children across our nurseries.

You can work from 16 to 40 hours per week or more, with the benefit of a higher pay rate for flexible hours.

Qualified up to £14.60 per hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Model positive behavior, maintaining Grandir UK values
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Assist in preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
  • Report any concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
