What will you be doing:

  • Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are upheld
  • Ensure equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Adhere to any updates to policies, procedures, and practices within the required timescale
  • Ensure nursery practices meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Report any concerns regarding policies, procedures, or practices to your line manager
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensure confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and undertake training as required
