Your responsibilities include:
  • Being a positive role model aligned with Grandir UK values
  • Ensuring equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
  • Understanding and implementing company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to policies, including updates, within the required timescales
  • Meeting the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Reporting concerns to your line manager
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensuring confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
