Responsibilities include:

  • Being a positive role model and maintaining Grandir UK values
  • Ensuring equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Understanding and implementing company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to updated policies within the required timescales
  • Meeting the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Reporting concerns regarding policies and practices
  • Maintaining a positive attitude with all stakeholders
  • Ensuring confidentiality where appropriate
  • Attending meetings and training sessions as required
