Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking flexible nursery bank staff via GrandFlex to support our nurseries across the local cluster in Torquay with no fixed weekly rota.

Earn up to £14.45 per hour while choosing your days and traveling as needed, gaining varied experience across different settings. A DBS check will be required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years practitioner (Level 2 or 3 or above).
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting preferred.
• Flexibility to travel across the local nursery cluster.

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments for children to thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work with nursery teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and safeguarding standards.

Education

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
