Job Description:

We are looking for a Grain Administration Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs, on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days on site and 2 days from home.

You will provide first hand support to the Grain Administration Manager, supervise the daily running of the Grain Admin team, promote Customer First both within the team and within the wider business and maintain audit and legal requirements ensuring Frontier continue to operate correctly.

Your Role

As a Grain Administration Supervisor your role will involve:

  • Managing and monitoring workloads within the team
  • Managing the customer query resolution process
  • Monitoring and reviewing month-end reports
  • Researching, formulating, and planning team training needs for both established and newly recruited team members.
  • All aspects of supervision including recruitment, holiday requests, sickness and attendance management, performance review and performance management
