Our Graham Eyes butchers enhance our SPAR stores by bringing knowledge, skill, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Producing meat for sale, including boning out carcasses with good cutting standards
• Ensuring all food safety and health and safety regulations are met within the butchery department
• Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products
• Keeping records, managing budgets, and inventory
• Greeting customers, providing advice, answering questions, and processing orders or payments
• Controlling waste
