Hours of work: 39 hours per week

Graham Eyes High Class Butchers, with over 40 years of serving communities with high-quality produce, is proud to be part of the James Hall & Co. family.

About the Role

Our butchers enhance our SPAR stores by bringing knowledge, skill, and great customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing meat for sale, including bone-out carcasses with good cutting standards
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products
  • Keeping records, managing budgets, and inventory
  • Greeting customers, providing advice, answering questions, and processing orders or payments
  • Controlling waste

  • Helpful, friendly, and comfortable working with the public
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude towards challenging situations
