GRAHAM Academy is seeking a proactive Trainee Site Manager to join the Interior Fit Out team in London. You will support commercial fit out and refurbishment projects while pursuing a fully funded Higher Apprenticeship qualification.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in health and safety, site coordination, programme management, subcontractor supervision, quality assurance, and project delivery, helping deliver high-quality spaces on time and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying or planning to undertake a higher/degree-level course in a construction-related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to work throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
