Job summary

HP Wolf Security is seeking a Graduate Web Developer to join the Cambridge-based engineering team for a 1-year placement. You will contribute to the Wolf Security Controller, a web-based management platform, working on both front-end and back-end tasks with potential for Windows components in C# and C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject from a well regarded university.
• Demonstrable interest in web development through hobbies, student projects or internships.
• A self-starter mindset ready to jump into working on complex problems.
• Graduate Opportunities- Class of 2025 / 2026, 1 year placement position.

Responsibilities

• Develop the API and UI backend using Python 3, Django and SQL.
• Maintain the background worker service and task queues (Celery).
• Develop front-end UI and data visualisation (React, Typescript, Vue.js).
• Deploy to AWS.
• Install and upgrade on customers' self-hosted, on-prem servers.
• Create unit tests and automation for installation and CI.
