Ramboll in the United Kingdom offers a Graduate Programme within our Early Careers scheme. You will be part of a supportive team across multiple locations including London and other UK offices, focusing on environmental and water-related projects.

You will receive mentorship, training, and opportunities to work on Environmental Impact Assessments, SuDS design, and client coordination as you develop your career in sustainability-led engineering.

Qualifications

• A relevant BEng/BSc in Geography, Hydrology or similar topic.
• MEng or MSc in an environmental discipline is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Environmental Impact Assessments including Flood Risk & Water Quality Assessments.
• Input to design of water environment features (river diversions, culverts, bridges, scour protection).
• Help solve project needs (water treatment, SuDS design, floodplain compensation).
• Coordinate with junior colleagues and support day-to-day project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Support development of drainage design concepts incorporating SuDS.
• Assist with environmental permit applications and preparing calculations/reports.
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings; liaise with clients, contractors and regulators.
