Penmellyn Veterinary Group are a fantastic group of practices located in the stunning county of Cornwall. This vacancy is for our St Columb Major Hospital, however, you will be expected to travel to yards. St Columb Major is close to the A30 road and the coast, making it conveniently located while still avoiding the crowds of tourist destinations.
We have a supportive and friendly Equine team of 5 Vets and 3 part time Equine Nurses who are a very forward thinking team and would be very happy to welcome you! We have certificate holders within our team.
Hospital facilities and equipment include stables, stocks, equine theatre, equine digital x-ray suite, ultrasonography, gastroscope, endoscope and more.
Step into a supportive start
40 hours per week. 1 in 4 weekday rota, expected to be part of the out of hour rota when ready, with a 1:6 weekend rota and 1:6 nights.
You will be supported by the whole team. You will have regular catch-ups with your dedicated GDP advisor.
