Job summary

Charter Veterinary Hospital, part of CVS Vets, invites applications for a Recent Graduate Vet. This full-time role covers Barnstaple, Pilton and Mullacott, with a dedicated clinical mentor and a structured Graduate Programme to support your first years in practice.

You will attend CPD days, gain experience across a varied caseload, and benefit from 10 CPD days per year, 5 weeks annual leave, and a supportive team culture focused on wellbeing and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Join a small animal team across three sites: Barnstaple, Pilton and Mullacott.
• Benefit from a dedicated clinical mentor and Graduate Programme.
• Work 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1:6 Saturday rota (12 hours) and TOIL.
• Attend CPD days and develop clinical and non-clinical skills.
