Job summary

Graphcore invites graduates to join a two-year UX Early Careers programme in Bristol. You’ll work with engineers and product managers, contribute to Decagon, and gain hands-on experience across discovery, design, testing and iteration.

You’ll learn to turn user insights into concrete design decisions, run usability studies, and communicate with teammates. The programme emphasizes mentorship, learning and career growth in an inclusive team.

Qualifications

• A degree in UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• UX/UI design experience and a portfolio demonstrating your UX thinking, design process and visual skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and researchers to shape design decisions.
• Contribute to Decagon, the design library, and keep research insights usable and easy to find.
• Help move work from discovery to design, testing and iteration while learning from senior designers.
• Explain design decisions, respond to feedback and communicate clearly across teams.
