Job summary

Graphcore Graduate Programme in Bristol offers a two-year, hands-on learning track within the UX team. From day one, you’ll own tasks, share ideas and shape what we’re building, tackling challenging problems with a supportive team.

You’ll design clearer interfaces for complex AI workloads and contribute to the Decagon design library throughout discovery, design, testing and iteration. Under senior designers, you’ll create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, run usability studies, and translate

Qualifications

• Degree in UX, interaction design, HCI, graphic design or related field.
• UX/UI design experience and a portfolio showing thinking, process and visuals.
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and collaboration for complex software products.

Responsibilities

• Shape software used to understand and optimise AI workloads.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and research materials.
• Run usability studies, analyse findings and maintain the research repository to improve designs.
• Contribute to Decagon, the design library, and help move from discovery to design, testing and iteration.
