Graduate UX Designer at Sage. This vacancy is based in Hybrid work in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. The role is open to recent graduates with a GCSE qualification. The position is within the Design field, and the vacancy is currently open.

Job Responsibilities:

Are you looking to start your design career and own the design of global products and sites? Do you want to see your designs through from conception to launch? Join our two-year Graduate UX Designer program, where you'll work with a talented team of designers, accessibility specialists, content creators, user researchers, analysts, and developers. Your role will involve:

  • Setting up your MacBook Pro.
  • Exploring our products across cloud, desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Innovating with AI to enhance user experience.
  • Contributing to our Design System and publishing improvements.
  • Designing end-to-end experiences for major product features.
  • Learning about our users by engaging directly with entrepreneurs and small businesses.
  • Collaborating with developers to realize your designs within our Carbon framework.
  • Participating in ongoing self-development with dedicated learning days and funding.
  • Contributing to community with 5 volunteer days annually.

    Ideal candidates are talented interaction designers who focus on effective, delightful solutions, and who are eager to understand user needs deeply.
