Graduate Tutor Role in Neston

i-teachers are currently working with a superb secondary academy located in the Neston area, seeking to add a dedicated, hard-working, and naturally engaging Graduate Tutor to their teaching support department for the full academic year.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will provide tailored 1:1 and small group GCSE tuition to Year 11 students, focusing on their academic weak points. The Graduate Tutor will build rapport with students struggling with exam stress, boost their confidence, and support their academic progression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 and small group GCSE support to Year 11 students.
2. Conduct focused support sessions targeting students' academic weak points.
3. Work Monday to Friday from November 2024 to July 2025.
4. Earn up to £475 per week during term time.
5. Participate in multiple free online CPD courses on SEN, Mental Health, and Safeguarding.
6. Attend interviews shortly – apply ASAP!

Minimum Requirements:

• UK-based Core Subject degree with a minimum 2:1 classification.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
• Naturally outgoing and inspiring personality.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to keep young people engaged and proactive.
