Your role:

We are looking for a Graduate Transport Planner for our Infrastructure team to be based in Leeds or Manchester, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your transport planning expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.

The Transport Planning team is a dynamic mix of apprentices, graduates and professionals. You will be immersed in impactful local and national projects, gaining early client exposure and professional development within an innovative environment.

Your work will include designing cycle routes, assessing traffic impacts, promoting active travel, and creating transport strategies for new towns.

You will contribute to projects like preparing Transport Assessments and Travel Plans, designing sustainable transport and road safety schemes, using advanced software for transport modeling, conducting research, liaising with external suppliers, and preparing reports and proposals. You will collaborate with clients, councils, and other professionals.

About you:

We value potential over experience. You should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Transport, Engineering, Maths, Economics, or Physics, and an interest in Infrastructure. You should be:
