Job summary

Jacobs in the UK invites applications for its Graduate Development Program in Leeds. This two-year program accelerates growth through blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and real project work in transport planning and related fields.

You will be supported by a mentor and management team, with opportunities for formal training, networking and a hybrid working arrangement that combines Jacobs offices and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Completed a Degree or Master’s level qualification in Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Data/Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Hold a keen interest in development planning, transport planning and/or traffic engineering topics, such as walking, cycling and public transport planning, transport policy/strategy, transport modelling, highway safety and junction design, placemaking and healthy streets etc
• A flexible, proactive mindset and motivation to drive your career forward
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning
• Permanent right to work in the UK
• You must be available to start before March 2027, with a preference for an earlier start date
