Overview

Our client is a transport planning and infrastructure design consultancy who offer a unique, end-to-end service - guiding clients from pre-acquisition feasibility analysis, through the planning process to on-site implementation and ongoing monitoring.

Since 1997, they have been proudly delivering successful outcomes for private and public sector organisations, work includes advising on strategic transport planning, sustainable travel and the on-site infrastructure requirements arising from the development of land and the design and specification of both new and upgraded highways.

With professional teams based in 4 UK OFFICES, they are always well placed to provide our clients with a comprehensive development consultancy service across all land uses and throughout the UK and overseas, working with a broad range of clients including renewable energy companies, residential house builders, retail and mixed use and land promoters, specialising in all elements of Transport Planning and Detailed Design.

They now have an opening for a Graduate Transport Planner based in their Bristol office.

Requirements (Qualifications)

• A Degree level education in a relevant subject, e.g. Geography/Mathematics/Transport Planning/Civil Engineering
• Previous transport planning experience beneficial
• Competent report writer, ideally with experience on transport assessments, statements & travel plans desirable
• Experience in the use of Arcady, Picady, LinSig, GIS & AutoCAD desirable
• Good communication & presentation skills
