Job description

Graduate Transport Planner

Our client is seeking a Graduate Transport Planner to join their expanding Transport and Development Planning team in Reading.

The successful candidate will gain experience providing clients with transport planning and highway advice on a variety of projects across different sectors throughout the UK.

As a Graduate Transport Planner, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing, writing, reviewing, and delivering Transport Assessments/Transport Statements, Travel Plans, and other key documents.
  2. Assisting with the technical delivery of development planning projects.
  3. Reporting to senior staff members.

Requirements for the role:

  • A relevant degree.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion to pursue a career as a Transport Planner.
