The Opportunity

Join our team as a graduate trainee surveyor located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Your place of work will be the office with travel to property inspections as required.

Programme Details

Our 2-year programme offers graduates a range of experience to allow them to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) on the Commercial Real Estate, Residential or Valuation Pathway. The programme focuses on completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Kempton Carr Croft’s scheme offers a flexible and tailored range of experience with specialists who have been with the firm for years. As part of the successful candidate’s structured training agreement, they will gain practical experience across the company in building surveying, property management, landlord and tenant, general practice valuation, commercial agency, and loan security valuation. We encourage all of our graduates to participate actively from the day they join us. You will gain experience in several different areas and be equipped with the practical skills required to succeed as a surveyor. As well as on-the-job training, we provide numerous learning opportunities, including in-house training.
