What will you be doing?
Kimberly-Clark is an innovative business looking for talented graduates to join our two-year supply chain programme based in Walton Oaks within the International Family & Professional Care (IFP) segment. You will be assigned 3 x 8-month placements across supply chain functions including planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing. During these placements, you will experience working with our well-known household brands and gain understanding of almost every aspect of our business, from raw material purchase to product delivery. Projects will have an international flavor, spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Throughout the placements, you will develop skills in:
Each graduate will have a comprehensive support network, including a buddy in their first year and a senior mentor throughout the program. Formal training opportunities will include data analytics, presentation skills, and influencing skills.
