Graduate Training Programme:

1. Complete an intensive 3-month training programme, both at the company’s offices in Letchworth and out in the field shadowing existing salespeople in the role
2. Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company’s product range
3. Develop your sales skills and complete sales training
4. Be mentored by a dynamic, motivated and successful manager
5. Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment

Progression to Field Sales:

1. Travel and build strong relationships with key B2B customers in your territory, covering OX, HP, SL, WD, HA, MK and LU postcodes
2. Be at the forefront of representing the business by both winning new business and growing existing trading accounts
3. Present, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of customers
4. Manage your own customer accounts and diary
5. Receive ongoing professional development and excellent opportunities to progress with the business and wider group
