Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions, based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, is seeking a Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant. This trainee role offers hands-on training, mentoring from experienced recruiters, and real client and candidate exposure.

You will join a fast-paced, people-focused team in a full-time office position, with a clear path for career development and a competitive starting salary of £27,100. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (Fridays finish at 4pm).

We are looking for a resilient and driven graduate to join our parent brand James Andrews Recruitment Solutions as a trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Birmingham-based office in the Jewellery Quarter.

No previous recruitment experience is required - just strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
