GLL is offering a Graduate Trainee Manager programme across the UK. The two-year placement fast-tracks graduates into Assistant Manager roles, with a guaranteed permanent management position on completion.

Placements include concierge, fitness instructor and lifeguard in year 1, followed by supervisory roles in year 2, plus two strategic placements to support business projects and HR experience. Training is provided throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in sports, leisure or business-related field.
• Customer-focused and flexible.
• Willing to travel within the UK.

Responsabilités

• Complete key frontline placements (concierge, fitness instructor, lifeguard) in year 1.
• Complete supervisory placements (Duty Manager & Supervisor roles) in year 2.
• Undertake two strategic placements to support business projects, gain HR experience and strengthen networks with senior managers.
• Complete statutory, management and modular training throughout the two years.
