Role Summary

Ensure efficient onboarding of customers across divisions, complying with Group policies and procedures.

Overall Responsibilities

1. Perform CDD/KYC and AML checks on new customers, adhering to regulatory standards.
2. Issue client documentation in line with regulatory and exchange requirements.
3. Carry out customer categorisation according to local regulations.
4. Meet daily targets set by the Onboarding Manager.
5. Update customer pipeline and maintain accurate client data in the database.
6. Maintain records of customer documentation.
7. Coordinate with Front-Office, Co-Ordination, and Quality Control teams.
8. Assist with ad-hoc reviews, projects, and audits.
9. Handle day-to-day queries efficiently.
10. Work closely with the Financial Crime team.
11. Keep management informed of issues and developments.
