Job summary

TT Electronics plc is launching a Commercial Graduate Programme starting September 2026 at our Fairford site in Gloucestershire. The two-year scheme accelerates development in business development and sales, with rotations across inside sales and new business development.

You’ll learn CRM usage, contribute to monthly reporting, and build market awareness through workshops. On completion, there is potential for a permanent role within TT Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in inside sales and customer account management.

• Develop market awareness through regional workshops and hands-on collaboration.
• Begin owning opportunities within the new business sales funnel as confidence grows.
