Graduate Trainee Financial Planner - London

Our client is looking for a recent Graduate to join their team as a Trainee Financial Planner in their London office. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to gain broad experience and train towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner. You will help support the company in delivery a high quality, independent service to clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring client files are up to date and in order
• Updating back office systems (Adviser Office)
• Data gathering to assist with the production of comprehensive net worth statements and investment recommendations
• Assist with the drafting of reports to ensure that they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
• Preparing for and minute taking for client and prospect meetings
• Gaining exposure to the full investment advice process
• Completing ongoing training following a structured learning and exam programme with the aim of achieving a Diploma in Financial
• Planning with the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII)
• Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
  
• Analytical capabilities combined with a technical approach
• Drive and determination - a proactive approach
