Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Support the estimating team in bid preparation and submission.
• Maintain and update cost databases and project documentation.
