Job summary

Datatech Analytics in City of London is seeking a high-calibre 2025 graduate to join our Trading Operations team on a 24/7 shift pattern. You will monitor global trading activity on proprietary platforms, analyze data, and support the trading lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong numeracy (BSc 2:1 in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics), attention to detail, and willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• BSc degree (2:1 or above) in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.
• Strong numeracy skills and understanding of probabilities.
• High attention to detail and meticulous approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and currencies.
• Strong organisational skills and professional attitude.
• SQL knowledge is advantageous but learnable on the job.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading platforms on a 24/7 basis.
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, and unusual activity.
• Develop insights into customer, counterparty, and market behaviour.
• Liaise with traders, counterparties, and trading venues as required.
• Troubleshoot issues throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and traders to enhance platform functionality.
