My client is a leading Urban Planning Consultant based in Leeds and they are currently looking for an ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Town Planning.

As a Graduate Planner, you will support the team of experienced planners in delivering high-quality planning services to clients. This entry-level role offers a chance for recent graduates to gain practical experience in urban planning alongside industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in research and analysis of planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support the preparation of planning reports, presentations, and documentation for projects.
  • Contribute to site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and public consultations as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities.
