Founded nearly a decade ago, the firm has built a strong reputation in residential, care, town centre and commercial development sectors. They offer a full range of planning services including planning applications, site promotions, pre-application advice, appeals, and strategic land assessments.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop broad experience across the planning process while working closely with senior professionals on live client projects from day one.
The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you will:

Assist with preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals
*
Support the team in promoting land through the Local Plan process
*
Conduct research on planning policy and site history
*
Help prepare written statements and reports for clients and planning authorities
*
Attend site visits, client meetings and local authority consultations
*
Be supported towards RTPI licentiate membership and chartership
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A degree in Town Planning or a closely related subject (or working towards one)
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
A genuine interest in the UK planning system and development industry
*
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
*
Some work experience (internship, placement or part-time role) in planning or property is desirable but not essential
