Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for shaping cities and delivering complex planning projects? We are currently working on behalf of a highly respected, independent planning consultancy based in Central London that is looking to expand its talented team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier planning consultancy that works on some of the most high-profile and challenging development projects in London and the South East. The Role
You'll be part of a close-knit and highly experienced team, contributing to a wide range of live planning projects from day one. The firm operates at the forefront of town planning, offering clients end-to-end support - from site promotion and policy engagement to application strategy and negotiation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with:

A strong academic background, ideally including a planning-related degree (RTPI-accredited preferable, but not essential)
*
Excellent A-level results (e.g. AAB or higher or equivalent)
*
Ideally, some relevant work experience or internships in planning, property, real estate, or a related field - particularly within London
*
A genuine interest in London's built environment and planning system
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn
