Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of planning applications and reports.
• Conducting research and assessments on planning policies, local plans, and national guidelines.

• Attending site visits and helping with development assessments.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ideally, some familiarity with planning legislation and processes (however, full training and support will be provided).
