We are partnering with a fast:growing, independent planning and development consultancy with offices in Essex to recruit a Graduate Planner to join their collaborative and entrepreneurial team. With a growing portfolio of clients ranging from landowners and developers to local authorities, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of planning applications and strategic land projects across the South East.

The Role

As a Graduate Planner, you will support senior team members in:

Preparing and submitting planning applications

Engaging in local plan representations

Undertaking site appraisals and research

Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders

Working across a variety of residential, commercial and rural development projects

About You

Were looking for someone who is:

Degree:qualified in Town Planning, Geography, or a related subject

Working towards (or interested in pursuing) MRTPI accreditation

Passionate about the planning industry with a proactive, inquisitive mindset

A confident communicator, both written and verbal

Eager to contribute to a collaborative, modern planning team

Previous placement or work experience in a planning or property environment is beneficial but not essential.
