Job summary

Barclays invites graduates to join the Explorer Programme in Glasgow, a 2-year Technology Analyst track with three eight-month rotations. You will gain hands-on experience across digital platforms, infrastructure, data and change, while receiving bespoke training from day one.

You should have a strong degree or expect to graduate before June 2027, and you will benefit from Barclays' hybrid working model at the Glasgow campus. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

• Strong interest in technology with problem-solving focus.
