Hubexo, Newcastle-based, is seeking a Graduate Technical Data Author to turn manufacturers’ technical documents into clear product content for NBS products. You’ll learn specification writing, product classification and digital construction information.

You’ll be supported to learn our systems and authoring standards while delivering straightforward product data, with guidance from experienced colleagues and collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• A degree related to architectural technology or construction disciplines.
• Clear writing and ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong research skills to identify missing details and ensure accuracy.
• Organised with good time management and deadline discipline.

Responsabilités

• Create and update product information and specification content for NBS Source, Chorus and Lattira Spec.
• Read technical documents, research missing details and write clear product descriptions.
• Classify building products and add supplied BIM data to the correct records.
• Check descriptions, supporting documents and certification links for accuracy and completeness.
• Publish approved content, archive outdated records and manage manufacturers’ requests for changes.
• Speak with customers and work with technical authors, Sales and delivery colleagues to keep work moving.
