A technology consultancy is looking for a Graduate Technical Consultant to enhance client use of Microsoft 365 tools. Responsibilities include delivering technical solutions, documentation, and promoting best practices. The ideal candidate enjoys technology, problem-solving, and communication, with a relevant degree and IT skills. This position offers a collaborative environment and hybrid working options.
Role Overview
The Graduate Technical Consultant will join the Modern Workplace practice and contribute to the delivery of technical consulting services to clients. The role involves supporting organisations in maximising the value of their Microsoft 365 tools through configuration, guidance, and the application of best practices.
The consultant will work with clients to design and implement solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity. This includes working with technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, M365 Copilot and agents).
The position requires an interest in technology, problem-solving, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering practical outcomes that support modern ways of working
Due to the nature of this role successful candidates will need to undergo security clearance. To be eligible for this role you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years. More information on SC Clearance checks can be found here
