Grayce, a UK specialist partner for digital transformation, invites graduates to join its Accelerated Development Programme. You'll work on real client challenges, gaining hands-on experience across software development, cloud deployments, cyber security, and core systems.

You'll complete at least five accreditations, receive coaching and mentoring, and benefit from clear progression pathways and salary growth as you develop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Grayce's Accelerated Development Programme with hands-on client delivery.
• Develop skills across software development, cloud deployments, cybersecurity and governance.
• Complete five industry-recognised accreditations with coaching and mentoring.
• Follow clear progression pathways and benefit from salary growth as you develop.
