The school is looking for two graduates with SEN experience to join as TAs working with children with a wide range of learning difficulties. The school provides a safe, nurturing, and educationally stimulating environment for pupils with moderate to severe special educational needs.
The TA role involves working closely with experienced class teachers to support pupils' learning, helping to raise attainment and access learning. This includes academic tuition focusing on literacy and numeracy, as well as learning life skills, with each pupil having an individual education plan that you will help deliver. The ethos at this school is to uplift and inspire every child, improving educational and life outcomes and building confidence.
As a Graduate TA, you will embrace and uphold this ethos. While previous experience supporting children with learning difficulties is preferred, the school will provide high-quality training to help you make a positive impact on these children's lives.
